Gnocchi is a tabby cat with a cream-colored body and brown stripes on her back, tail, and head. She has a pink nose and wears a large blue bow around her neck.

- Gnocchi is the taste-tester for all of Pisghetti's recipes, as stated in "Gnoochi the Critic".
- In the same episode, Gnocchi is revealed to be allergic to many things, with flowers being one of them.
